Had a bloke call me with an Indian accent, knew my name straight away. He said it’d just take half a minute and then I wouldn’t get any more calls. This was the fifth time they’d rung me, always the same spiel but from a new number each call. I eventually told him to get lost 'cause I was done with it. Total scam, no doubt about it.

I got a call from a woman who had an Asian accent, saying she was from some national company, but I didn't quite catch the full name. She wanted to ask me three questions and promised it would be the last call. This time the number showed as Lairg, Scotland. Earlier today I'd gotten a few calls from Liverpool and Glasgow too. I just told her I wasn’t interested in answering since I hadn’t requested the call and I’d already had enough calls today... then she just hung up!
