Got a call from some bloke named ‘Harry’ saying he was from BT and there was an issue with my internet and router. I wasn’t having any of it and just hung up straight away. Definitely a scam.

They ring up pretending to be from BT and tell you to log onto the internet while they're on the phone with you. Total scam, be careful!
