somebody rang up saying they were from the telephone preference service management and offered to upgrade my plan to block global telemarketing numbers. when i asked what company they worked for, they said telephone preference management. i told them i wasn't aware of any such company, they claimed they were located in west london, which seemed odd since the number had an 01567 area code, which is actually killin in scotland. i just ended the call.

Got a call from an unfamiliar number but it went straight to an answerphone. Left a message but it cut off as soon as I started talking. Can't figure out who it was.
