I recently received a rather alarming call regarding a PPI claim that I hadn't settled with the company that facilitated it. The chap on the other end mentioned he would be stopping by today to collect goods worth around £1,700 due to this issue. He was incredibly forceful and downright disrespectful, with a strong accent from Liverpool. I insisted that he send me proper documentation, as I’d yet to see anything regarding this matter! It was quite unsettling, to say the least.

I received a call regarding a PPI claim, which I'm certain I've never applied for, particularly concerning Lloyds Bank. They insisted on confirming my address, but as I don't reside there, I asked them to provide their details so I could get back in touch. Rather abruptly, they tutted and hung up on me. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me!
