I've been getting calls from this number repeatedly, but they never leave a voicemail. One time last week, I actually picked up without expecting it. The caller was a Scot with a really thick accent, asking something about mobile phones. Honestly, I could barely make out what they were saying - the connection was rubbish and the accent didn’t help. I told them I wasn’t interested and asked them to remove my number from their list, then hung up. Just a few minutes later, they called back again! Obviously, I ignored it and they've kept ringing since then. I've had to block the number now.
