I'm pretty sure this is a genuine number, but it's been "spoofed" by a pushy call centre based in India. The guy, calling himself "Thomas" from the so-called "Microsoft Technical Department," started swearing and was really rude once I refused to let him access my PC. I'm planning to contact whoever really owns this number and any authorities or groups that might help stop these scammers for good!
