I got a call at 2:45pm while I was in Devon. Since I don’t know anyone from Kidderminster, I just ignored it. They’ve tried ringing me with three different numbers now, and I’ve ended up blocking every single one. Not sure what their deal is.

They called me out of the blue wanting to do some marketing survey, which felt totally pointless. When I asked them to give me their company details so I could report it to the info commissioner, they just hung up on me. Shows they have zero respect for the GDPR rules!

This number tried ringing me, but I couldn’t answer. Just so folks know, businesses must have your permission before contacting you with offers via phone or email. If they don’t, they’re not acting within the law. Since October 2019, the new data protection rules make this clear, and if you mention this to them, they often cut the call straight away. Never share personal details with callers you don’t recognise or feel comfortable with.

Some bloke said he was from this ‘beneficial’ company, kept pushing marketing questions and just wouldn’t quit when I said no. Had to block him in the end.

They rang me two times just today, even though I’m registered with the TPS. How is it possible they’re still allowed to get through!? Would really like to know.

Got a ludicrous survey call nearly 8pm on a bank holiday Monday, seriously? No patience for that nonsense.

I requested that my number be taken off their calling list and explicitly stated that they should stop contacting me. To my surprise, they mentioned they'd persist in calling until I responded to their queries before abruptly ending the call! It's quite frustrating, to say the least.
