Warning, got a call from what sounded like an Indian call centre claiming to be BT security, the caller named himself Robert Smith. They told me my router was about to go offline in a few hours because someone in the US was supposedly hacking it. They asked for access to my laptop and all sorts, felt really dodgy so I just reported it straight away.
