I received a call from an unfamiliar number, so I've decided to block it. I have a hunch it's one of those pesky scam calls.

I just had a rather peculiar experience with a young lady on the line who randomly requested a name before abruptly hanging up. I can't help but think this is some sort of call centre operation, potentially probing active numbers to later sell them off to proper scammers or various advertising firms. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
