Every single person I talked to on the phone was really professional and supportive, which was comforting since I’m usually a bit suspicious dealing with people on calls. They did a cracking job replacing the old boiler and even included a 5-year warranty on the new one.

Oddly, the only call I got back was today from a Welsh number with no voicemail left. Thought that was strange so I looked up the number and found this site. It’s such a miserable way to earn a living. I wonder what they tell their family when they get back home and are asked what they've been up to all day.
