I’ve been considering upgrading my gas boiler, but here’s the catch: I don’t actually have a gas supply. It’d be quite a handy solution if they could manage to sort that out for me!

I received a call from a lady who claimed that my landlord had provided her with information, even mentioning his name, regarding a boiler replacement. She asked a few questions but promised to ring me back, and yet, I never heard from her again.

I keep getting calls from this number out of the blue, but I simply won't pick up if I don’t recognise the caller or if they haven't bothered to leave a voicemail. I just hang up and move on.
