Got a call from someone claiming to be from the Visa Debit Security team about a £900 transaction on my card. Thing is, I don’t even have a Visa card! The person’s voice was so fuzzy I struggled to understand a word. When I finally made out what they were saying, they called me some terrible names and hung up on me. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it. Marking this number as dodgy for sure.

A chap rang my mum claiming to be from BT, quite the cheeky one! He asked her to fetch her credit card, but she honestly told him she didn’t own one. He then had the nerve to raise his voice, insisting that she definitely had one and should grab it. Mum stood her ground, saying she truly didn’t possess one, and suggested he ring back when I was around. Then she promptly ended the call. What a right nuisance!
