I just received a phone call from a bloke with a thick accent who was quite keen to get hold of Mrs. *****. When I inquired about who he was, even though I knew it was a dodge, he claimed to be ringing from the Energy Company Obligation. I promptly told him I wasn’t interested, which clearly didn't sit well with him, and he hung up without a second thought!

When I informed him that our residence is a historic listed building and, therefore, we’re not permitted to install solar panels, he abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. I must say, that struck me as quite impolite.

Received a call this morning at precisely 9:49 AM on the 8th of February, 2024. An Asian-accented lady introduced herself as being from Ecoenergy. Before she had the chance to continue her spiel, I labelled her a scam artist and suggested she was misleading. To my surprise, she responded quite harshly, telling me to "go to hell" before abruptly ending the call!
