You could label it as a bit dodgy. Every time they ring, they start by inquiring if they’re speaking with “Mr Metcalf,” before quickly offering their apologies and hanging up. Quite peculiar!

I received a random phone call from a number I didn't recognise. It used an automated system with a barrage of beeping sounds that gives me the impression that some clever AI might be attempting to bypass call blockers. I've reported the number and made sure to BLOCK it!

Had a ring at 3.27 PM on the 15th of February 2024, and I reckon they got the TureCall message before hanging up. Then, on the 14th of February at 12:08, another call came in from 01553 941100, and lo and behold, it was the same story. I've since blocked both numbers with TrueCall.

Received a call on the 14th of February 2024 at precisely 12:08, which I suspect triggered the TureCall interception message, prompting them to hang up immediately. Then, on the 15th of February 2024 at 15:27, I experienced another call from 01553 941100, and it was entirely the same scenario. I've subsequently added them to my TrueCall block list.
