I've just received another call from 01549409210. I tend to ignore any numbers I don't recognise, especially after dealing with numerous calls purporting to be from Home care services. Just like others have mentioned, I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent pretending to be from Domestic & General. He told me the warranty on our washing machine had run out and tried pushing a half-price renewal. When I refused to give my bank details and called him out for being a scammer, he just ended the call. What’s odd is he actually knew which brand our machine was, so I’m a bit concerned AO might’ve had some sort of data leak or something.

Got a call from ‘Lisa’ who spoke with an Asian accent, said she was from Domestic and General. This was the second time I’d heard from her in less than a day.
