Somebody said I had this case 20198179 and if I ignored the call, my National Number would get taken off. They told me to press 1 to talk to someone. When I dialled back, it kept saying the line isn’t accepting calls right now, try again later. The worst bit was it wouldn’t hang up, so I ended up pulling the batteries out of my phone just to get rid of the call. Such a pain!
