Curiosity got the better of me, so I rang the number back, only to be met with an automated response saying the line was currently unavailable and advising me to call back later. The situation escalated as the line wouldn’t hang up, leaving me no choice but to take the batteries out of my phone to finally cut off the connection! Quite the inconvenience, I must say!

Unfortunately, the representative was quite obstinate and refused to comply. The entire interaction was incredibly unpleasant - it felt as though I was dealing with a scam operation rather than a legitimate business.
