Got a call today from 01546564660, some bloke saying he was ringing from a customer service office. He wanted details about accounts, bills and debts. When I asked if he could send that stuff in writing, he got quite rude and pushy.

Some bloke called saying he was from EDF Energy, saying I hadn’t sent in a meter reading. I told him I already sent it and even got a bill through the post, then just ended the call. Also, he was asking for me by name, but the account’s actually under a company, not me personally? Bit dodgy if you ask me.
