I haven’t a clue who it could be, but it seems to me like it could be an automated dialler, possibly from someone trying to swindle or spam. I've decided to block the number just to be cautious.

I wasn't familiar with the number, so I decided to ignore it. After reading some of the remarks here, I went ahead and blocked it.

Received a nuisance call with no one there when I picked up. It's obviously one of those automated marketing machines from a call centre, peddling wares I have zero interest in, I can chisel that for certain!

I received a call and when I answered, there was utter silence on the other end. Quite baffling, really!

I picked up the phone, but all I got was dead air on the other end before they disconnected. I've now added them to my block list.
