I find this quite unsettling and concerning.

Honestly, these blokes just don't seem to grasp the word 'no'. I had two calls from them today and it's really starting to wear me thin. I'm absolutely sick to death of these annoying calls!

The phone rang incessantly, more than four times, which is generally the telltale sign of a scam call. When nobody answered, I decided to disconnect.

I've been receiving daily calls for the past four days, yet they never bother to leave a message using the BT Call Guardian on my home phone. I've had enough and decided to block them.

I received calls from 01544329525 and 01544329526 on back-to-back days. Unfortunately, my rather splendid iPhone settings prevented me from getting any alerts for these numbers, as it only lets through calls from folks I recognise, have had conversations with, or have stored in my contacts list.

Had an encounter with a rather forceful broadband advisor who was quite off-putting, especially since I had no desire to engage.

Rang my number twice, yet both times there was just silence on the other end.

I've received a couple of calls recently where there's nothing but silence on the other end. Quite baffling, really!

In the past 48 hours, I’ve received three unsolicited calls claiming to be broadband specialists associated with names like BT and Sky, professing they could help us cut our costs. They simply wouldn’t take a hint, and I ended up having to firmly ask them to leave me be before I finally hung up. I've made sure to report the nuisance to phishing.gov.uk as well.

Yet another ring, but the line’s silent…

Received a call on the 5th of August, mentioning that my broadband was performing at a mere 70% efficiency. Fast forward to the 20th of August and now it's the 23rd of September. I've decided to block the number altogether.

I received a call from this number well before the date mentioned in the article. My first encounter with them was on the 5th of August, where they claimed that my broadband was only performing at 30% efficiency in my locality. They reached out again on the 20th of August, and then once more today, the 23rd of September. I've since decided to block this nuisance number.

Utter disgrace! Someone rang up pretending to be from HMRC.

I've been inundated with bothersome calls on my mobile, which I've taken the liberty to block, yet they persist in ringing me up, claiming that my contract is nearing its end and demanding my personal information! What an absolute hassle!

I've been receiving annoying calls from 01544 329525. They rang me twice when I was out and didn’t bother to leave a message. I managed to grab the number and ring back, only to be greeted by a recorded message telling me it was Customer Services trying to get in touch and they'd be calling again. I've gone ahead and blocked them, yet the calls keep coming, so I've had to block them once more!

Had a ring from some so-called broadband specialists this morning! Absolute nonsense! P####

Had a bothersome ring regarding my internet connection? Quite irritating, to say the least! I didn’t bother to stick around for any more nonsense and just hung up straight away.

I've received several calls from 01544 329525. Each time I pick up, they hang up! They're positively infuriating and lack any sense of decency. What a nuisance!

An Asian gentleman claimed he was reaching out regarding our internet service. When I informed him that I believed he was attempting to scam me, he outright rejected my assertion and pressed on with his spiel. I eventually labelled him a fraud and hung up the phone!

There’s this Asian chap or lady who keeps giving me a bell about broadband, I reckon. I hardly pay attention, just say I’m not keen and put the phone down, yet they keep calling me back. It's quite tiresome, really!
4 years
Unsolicited callers and fraudsters are merely trying to earn a living. A simple approach, if you're confronted with an unfamiliar number, is to pick up the phone without uttering a word. Just place it down beside a radio or some other noise-making device. Remember, it's their expense for the call! Before long, they'll get rather frustrated!

I've had to block this number now. We keep getting calls for someone with the same name, but they’ve got different digits each time. Quite baffling, really!

The call quality was absolutely dreadful, but it struck me that the individual was likely trying to peddle some broadband offers. I labelled him a scammer and promptly ended the conversation.

I've been receiving a handful of calls from this particular number lately, and it's really quite bothersome. It feels more like harassment than anything else.

Absolutely, they’re quite relentless in their sales approach, bordering on harassment. That's why I’ve marked them down.

Noticed today we had three missed calls from this number, all marked as blocked. Thankfully, our phone filters out all the pesky unwanted calls!

Rang me up and promptly disconnected. I've since added their number to my blocked list.

It seems they've got a knack for selecting when they feel like chatting, haha! The moment I start belting out a tune from a Disney baddie, it's like they've got an escape plan ready—hang up in a jiffy! Can’t help but laugh! 🎤😂

It seems like they have a knack for deciding when they feel like chatting! If I break into song, especially a tune from one of those Disney baddies, they disappear quicker than you can blink! 😂

I’ve been receiving calls from this number daily for the past week on my mobile. Finally picked up today, the 14th of August, and it was a gentleman with an Asian accent. He claimed to be asking about my broadband and landline contract being up for renewal and then inquired about which provider I was using. I promptly ended the call and blocked the number.

We must put a stop to these callers; they certainly aren’t to be relied upon.

I’ve had the same Asian woman ring me for the fifth day in a row, all about broadband. Honestly, even when I fed her the most ridiculous answers today, she stuck to her script like a trooper! It's starting to feel like harassment, so I told her to jog on. I reckon someone more vulnerable could easily be swayed and end up granting access to their phone line, which could be really risky!

Blimey, I’ve received calls from this number about ten times now! I haven't a clue who they are, so I reckon it’s time to block these pesky callers!

I've been getting a handful of missed calls from this particular number and finally picked up last week. It was some chap prattling on about broadband services. I quickly hung up and added the number to my blocked list. Despite that, the phone keeps buzzing with notifications every day letting me know they're still trying to ring through. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!

I wasn't familiar with the number, so I decided to investigate and discovered it belonged to a telemarketing operation. I've since added it to my blocked contacts.

I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent discussing broadband and television services. It seemed as if she was eager to persuade me to switch providers. I made it clear that I had no interest in changing. Moreover, she didn’t manage to get my postcode right, but I didn’t verify any information during the conversation.

They’ve been ringing me daily throughout the last week. Finally picked up the phone today, and all I got was a strange silence on the line.

A chap named Asha called, claiming he was from some broadband provider. He was prattling on about offering me a cracking deal on my internet plan and had the cheek to ask how much I pay monthly. I swiftly told him that it was none of his concern and suggested he take a hike. Quite infuriating, to say the least!
