In less than a week, they’ve rang me about 8 times, with one day seeing them call 4 times within just a couple of hours. They say they’re from Benefit UK and keep trying to ask stuff about my house. Their accent sounds foreign and they don’t give up, even after I’ve put them on the TPS and told them to stop ringing me. Yet, they keep at it. If I ever track them down, I swear I’ll shove a phone somewhere they won’t like.

Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent, said he wanted to help me save cash on my daily stuff. His English was okay, nothing special, and he wasn’t too pushy either. I just kept chatting rubbish to keep him hanging on, and once he twigged I wasn’t serious, he hung up. If they’re gonna mess about with me, I’m happy to do the same back.

I got a call earlier today from a woman with an Asian accent. She took ages before saying anything and sounded really distant, almost like she was far away. She asked for me by name and said she needed some help with a few questions. I told her I don’t do that kind of thing over the phone and just ended the call. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
