Received a robotic voice call informing me that a sum of £600 had been deducted from our Visa card.

I received an automated message stating that a transaction had been processed on my Visa card. It then prompted me to press 1 to connect with a representative. Whatever you do, don’t engage with it!

My mum got a call earlier from a robotic voice, clearly not local, claiming that £600 had been withdrawn from her bank account. Thankfully, she didn't fall for it and ended the call promptly. She's since blocked the number.

They’re presenting themselves as Vesia Secure, it seems.
