The caller kicked off by claiming it wasn’t a cold call or anything like that ?? They mentioned that homes round here are using way too much electricity and they could offer advice to cut down on it. Hence, regardless of his assertions, it felt very much like a cold call to me. Just as I made my point, he promptly disconnected!
