I received a telephone call from this number concerning energy assessments for my property. They mentioned that an inspector would be visiting to evaluate my windows, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, and then provide a complimentary report. It would then be my decision whether to proceed based on the findings. I was supposed to get a call yesterday to confirm the name of the inspector who would be coming today between 10 and 11 in the morning. Unfortunately, they didn’t reach out to me yesterday, and today no one has shown up either. When I attempted to contact them back, it instructed me to press 1 for an agent or 9 to decline further communication. However, pressing 1 simply ended the call.
