Today I got a call from someone saying they were a BT engineer who wanted to talk about my broadband speed. They said they could easily double it and wanted to help me out. Turns out these are just scammers pretending to offer a great deal, but their real aim is to get into your computer. I've fallen for a trick like this before, so I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same mistake. Please be careful and don't let anyone like this convince you to give them access!
