On the 24th of February 2021, I got a call around 8.50am from someone claiming my computer was hacked and was constantly flashing error alerts. When I asked what they expected me to do, they said they'd fix it if I'd let them get into my computer remotely. Yep, as daft as it sounds! I told him I had just one question first, which he was okay with. So I asked why he didn’t try to find a proper job instead of scamming folks. After a short pause, he just cut the call.
