I received a rather dubious call claiming to be from Microsoft. The person on the other end insisted that my computer was under attack and urged me to check what was displayed on my desktop. However, before I could ask any more questions, they abruptly ended the conversation. A subsequent call from what appeared to be the same number resulted in a similar outcome - they simply hung up when I expressed my skepticism. Quite bewildering!
