I received a phone call from someone who said they were with a firm that specialises in bathroom installations among other things. I suspect it might just be a cold call or some kind of marketing effort. The individual wasn’t overly aggressive; in fact, she was rather courteous. However, I don't have any need for their services at the moment.

So I requested a brochure from this bathroom fitting company through their website, right? Then, outta nowhere, they ring me up twice in just a few hours, asking me to confirm my info and saying they'll ring me again. Honestly, why do they need to double-check my details? I’m pretty sure I typed my address correctly first time. It all seemed a bit unnecessary to me.
