Got a call claiming to be from BT, some recorded message about my landline and internet being cut off today. They said press 1 to chat with an engineer or press 2 to accept the cut off. This is the second time today I’ve had one of these scams, first came from a completely different number. It’s so annoying and worrying. Reporting them feels pointless though, nothing ever changes.
