so annoying getting those energy saving calls again and again, even tho i told them to stop calling me. i’m running out of patience with this. why dont the phone companies punish these scammers heavily, like slap them with fines of a grand or more for every call they make? then they should just disconnect their numbers and make them apply again, and if they ever get through, make sure they get charged premium rates each time. maybe that'd make them think twice!
