This has to be a scam. They said some visa fees were taken from my account and told me to press one to talk to an advisor. At first, they claimed the debt was from the Bank of England, then suddenly switched to saying it was Lloyds. Obviously, that’s not my bank. After I told them this, the advisor actually called me back.
