I received a rather curious phone call from someone who asserted they were part of the housing association's repairs department. They proceeded to grill me with all sorts of inquiries regarding my home. The individual had a pronounced Asian accent, which struck me as rather odd since I don’t even reside in a housing association! I actually own my house outright. Sounds like a dodgy scheme to me!

Got a call, he asked for me by my first name and said he was calling from Housing Repairs. I told him to jog on since I own my house. He sounded Asian, by the way.
