I got the same call today actually, and honestly the smartest move is just to report it and block the number. Mark it as harassment cause these calls might even be more serious. Not sure what's up with 3/9/19 but seems like scam callers are everywhere today!

Just got one of those robocalls again supposedly from my “internet provider” - they didn’t say which one though. They claimed my internet’s going to get cut off in 24 hours because of some illegal stuff coming from my IP. Then it asked me to press 1 to talk to a “tech agent”. Yeah, right. Another dodgy number added to my blocked contacts now.
