I received a phone call from a chap who greeted me by my first name. I replied that I wasn't familiar with anyone by that name. He quickly apologised for misdialling, and that was the last I heard of it! Quite amusing, really! 😉

I've just received yet another infuriating PPI telephone call, supposedly from SCC or FCC? They claim to be a major financial firm operating in both Wales and England, but truth be told, I've never come across them before. Oddly enough, the chap on the other end didn’t have the slightest hint of a Welsh or English accent!

I picked up the phone and a woman claimed to be with the FCC, chatting about some sort of insurance offer. To be honest, it felt a bit dodgy, so I decided to end the conversation and hang up.
