I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who said he worked for Openreach and needed to check my router for issues. Pretty sure it was a scam trying to get into my computer, like those fake Microsoft support calls. Best thing to do is just hang up and ring your internet provider if you’re worried. He called me back loads of times from five different phone numbers, and this was just one of them.
