2 yearsI got a ring from this number just now. A couple of days back, I mentioned getting a call from 01522 854750 that was pretty much identical. The message was really poorly recorded, saying something like “Suspicious activity on your card, two transactions. First one for £300 to Amazon, second one for £1100 abroad. Press 1 to confirm or 2 to speak to customer support.” That’s total rubbish. They don’t even say what card or which company they’re talking about. It’s clearly a scam to me. My advice?
