Got a call from this number, it was a guy with quite a strong Indian accent. He didn't speak right away, like there was a pause, so I reckon it was some kind of auto dialer. He started off by asking how I'm doing. I said it was a wrong number and then he just cut the call. Turns out the number is linked to Lincoln University, so I think they faked the caller ID or something.
