Got a call saying my line was gonna be disconnected because of some 'suspicious activity' and to press 1 to talk to someone. Honestly, sounded like a total scam to me!

Received a voicemail claiming that my line would be disconnected due to 'suspicious behaviour' and instructed to press 1 to chat with an adviser (what a joke!). BT doesn’t handle things this way, and they always use my name when needed.
