Had a rough time with these lot. They’re just a cheap telemarketing outfit who seem to grab info from websites that claim to offer free stuff for your PC. I managed to turn the tables when I couldn’t get rid of their persistent calls. I have an address for them, though it might be dodgy: 55/57 Blackburn Rd, Accrington. They might go by CCS, which I think stands for Consumer Compensation Service. Honestly, best to steer clear of them totally.

Got a call from her today. Managed to get her to slow down and asked if she knew about the TPS. She said she did. So I asked her to tell me what it was. She explained. Then I said, "So why are you ringing me? Don’t you know it’s against the law? Take my info off your list. If you ring me again, I’ll report you to the ICO and I won’t quit until your firm loses its licence. Understood?" She said sorry and ended the call.

Got a call, and the person actually used my name. Said it was about PPI. Told them to take me off their list and stop calling. They ignored me and just carried on reading their script. I asked again to be removed, but they kept rattling on, so I talked over them. When I said I was certain I never had PPI, they got all rude. Ended the call there. Got loads of calls about PPI over a couple of days, told them I’m not interested and they were quite rude, just hanging up on me. Then they rang again within an hour! After the fourth time, I warned them I’d charge £1000 for each call for wasting my time. Haven’t had any more calls after that.

This number rang me up four times in just ten minutes - some firm called CCS claiming I had a refund coming from a bank loan. The bloke then rattled off loads of banks, asking which one had to pay me! I told him I don’t talk about personal stuff with cold calls and asked him not to call me anymore.
