10 yearsHad a call earlier today from a bloke claiming to be Peter Lord from BT, warning me about some supposed security issues on my PC. I told him straight up he was a scammer and that most folks in the UK have cottoned on to these dodgy calls by now. I warned him if he called me again, I’d have him nabbed over in India, and after that, he just hung up sharpish. FYI, BT are actually moving their customer support back to the UK, so I reckon these con artists are just trying to squeeze a bit more cash before they’re out of business.
