Got a call from someone called Jason claiming to be from o2. Just as I questioned where he found my number, he promptly ended the call. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call claiming to be from O2 offering some 30% discount for the whole year. They kept telling me to hold on but it just felt dodgy, so I ended the call straight away. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

That number shows up as O2, but I reckon it’s a scam. Got a call from them and something felt off, so watch out if you get a ring from it. Don’t trust it, definitely dodgy.

01519091642 called me but I didn’t pick up, had a feeling it was a scam. No voicemail left either, which just made me more certain. If the police or whoever’s in charge are aware this is a scam and know where it’s coming from, why hasn’t anything been done to close it down and catch these people? They cause so much trouble for so many.

Oh yeah, total scam pretending to be from o2, trying to get you to give out your details. Don’t ever say the code they ask for in the message!

This caller claimed to be from O2 and said they could help reduce my bill. My number’s a work phone, so I was suspicious and ended the call. After that, they phoned me again four times asking why I’d cut off the conversation. I’ve since reported them to 7726.

I received a call from someone claiming to represent O2, but it was patently obvious that he was up to no good, attempting to swindle my account details. I highly recommend that you don't think twice about blocking this chap with the Indian accent!

Got a call from a bloke claiming he was from O2, my network provider. He was trying to convince me that by giving him my info I’d stop getting paper bills and save some cash. I told him I don’t get any bills since the phone is in my partner’s name. Then he said it’d stop paper bills for my partner and somehow get him a discount. I asked him to wait while I put the call on speaker so my partner could confirm that he doesn’t actually get paper bills. Also asked how sharing my bank details would help my partner save money. After that, he just hung up. Definitely a scam.

Got a couple of texts from what I reckon were O2 scammers, but the people on the other end had weird accents, sounded foreign. First message was a warning about some kind of fraud, then another with what they said was a discount code. I didn’t hang about to see what else they wanted, because then they started calling me names, got all annoyed and called me a #### woman or something. Proper funny 😂

Received a call that sounded decidedly foreign, so I decided to end the conversation abruptly. There was absolutely no chance of understanding anything he said-definitely not a British chap!

They purport to represent o2, but it’s all a scam! I'd advise steering clear and not sharing any of your personal information! I've fallen victim to their tricks myself! They signed me up for a contract and promised a 30% discount, which never materialised!

I reckon this is definitely a dodgy setup. O2 doesn't conduct business like this at all. I'm based in the Newcastle upon Tyne region, and I've never seen anything like it!

I've taken to picking up the phone only to set it down and stroll off; it’s absurd how often these chancers call back! It’s almost pitiful, really. What a miserable existence one must lead to spend their days trying to disrupt others. Their sole aim seems to be scrounging for personal information, like bank account details, without a care for the havoc they wreak. They don’t seem to grasp that their efforts are utterly futile; I refuse to entertain their nonsense!

The number popped up on my phone and I saw it might be a scam call. When I picked up, I asked, "May I know who's calling?" The bloke on the other end was quite polite, but just kept saying "Hello" over and over. When I asked again for his name, he suddenly ended the call. Seems like a dodgy scam to me - if it was someone honest, they’d have no problem telling me who they are!

I didn't really allow him to speak much. When he inquired about my well-being, I simply replied with a quick "no thanks" and ended the call.

Without a doubt, this is a dodgy caller! He purported to be from Vodafone, but I find it rather odd how they seem to have insight into which networks we’re all with. Just a heads-up, folks-stay alert and don’t fall for it!

I didn’t pick up since the number wasn’t familiar to me. They didn’t leave any voicemail either, so I doubt it was anyone legit.

Absolutely a dodgy call, claiming I could receive a reduction on my monthly bill. When I insisted they just apply the discount, the person on the other end insisted I had to respond to some texts. I told them that was utterly absurd; they ought to just sort it out and drop me an email, assuming they were genuine and had my info on file. They abruptly ended the call after that. It’s blatantly obvious this is just a ruse to snatch your banking details or gain access to your phone via some sketchy message. Steer clear of them!

Received a call that purported to be from O2, insisting that I needed to reply to two text messages to obtain a 30% discount. I kindly informed them that my work phone is managed by the head office, and they abruptly hung up. Remarkably, they called again almost immediately, but this time under a different name! Quite the dodgy behaviour, if you ask me.
