Later, at about 6.02pm, they rang me again from what they said was a different "department" that handles discussions with the other insurance company. They mentioned I might receive £2,115 in compensation and that their service worked on a no win no fee basis, with a max 25% fee if I won, which they said was legally capped. They tried to ring me again at 6.02pm, but I couldn’t answer. I gave them a couple of calls back, but they didn’t take them. Since then, no word from them. I'm very wary about the whole situation!
