The caller ID showed Liverpool, which is enough to put me off as I don't know anyone from there. The trouble is, loads of people just pick up their phones without thinking. My rule is simple: if they're not in my contacts, I don't bother answering. If everyone did that, these nuisance calls would dry right up. If you don't know who's calling, just block and move on 😉

Picked up the phone, got stuck on hold for ages like normal with call centres, then could hear someone speaking with a Liverpool accent in the background before it cut off. Read others' replies and have now put them on block.

I’ve got to say, this firm really came through for me and my family after my accident. My insurance was completely useless and didn't take my situation seriously at all. Pretty clear they’re relying on some phone ID search since the name they asked for isn’t me and I already took them off the phone ID list last week. Looks like these clowns haven’t bothered to refresh their records. I’ve had nearly 30 calls from them by now.
