Between the 24th of September and the 11th of October, this number rang me nine times within just 18 days - always going straight to voicemail as I blocked and diverted it. It’s more than annoying now, it’s starting to feel threatening. Then on the 13th of October at 9:50am, a different number, 01617681150, left an identical message. The voicemail was from a guy with a sharp American accent, pretty rude, telling me to call him back. That number’s blocked too now, I have zero interest in whatever this person or company reckon they’re trying to sort out with me.

For the past couple of weeks, I've gotten two calls every day from this number. There's some angry person from the US who keeps telling me to ring them back. Oddly enough, the calls don't ring through and just drop to voicemail. I've finally blocked the number now.

This annoying number rang me again today at 2.18pm - I've already reported it a couple times before (05/10/2021 and 24/09/2021). This time it was some bloke on the line, but I hung up straight away as soon as he said "Hello". They call themselves "Supreme Consumers", but honestly, why are they still bothering me? I'm not interested in any more surveys, I've told them that before!

This same number rang me again this morning at 10:27 (check my earlier note from 24/09/2021 below). Once again, an Asian woman from 'Supreme Consumers' was asking if I could take part in a survey. Then, not long after, a bloke from 02039897281 rang up, also trying to do a survey. It's honestly getting out of hand, these nonstop cold calls coming one right after the other, every single day.

Over the span of six days, I got three calls. Each time, I left it to go to voicemail. The caller, speaking in a harsh American accent that was hard to catch properly, was rudely pressing me to ring back, then just hung up on me. Quite frustrating.

Got a call from this number around 12:37 in the afternoon. A woman with an Asian accent said she was calling on behalf of 'Supreme Consumers' to conduct a survey. Got a call from a nice lady with a Asian-sounding accent. I tried asking what firm she was from but only caught part of the name - something with ‘consumer’ in it, I think. She said it’d just take 40 seconds and promised she wouldn’t bother me again. Told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Then I blocked the number on my BT blacklist.

This number has rung me a few times, usually it's silent on the other end but once I got a guy called Peter who had a really strong Indian accent. I told him “hold on, I’m gonna save you the hassle” and then I jokingly gave him my bank info, NI number, and even my blood type! Obviously, they’re using fake phone numbers but you’d think Ofcom might be able to trace the source of these bogus numbers and shut them down? Honestly, it shows how powerless the officials are when it comes to stopping these calls that end up taking money from you. Makes you wonder if the government is secretly making a profit from this too. I reckon the safest bet is to only pick up your phone if it's absolutely necessary, cause sooner or later, someone will catch you out.
