these lot keep ringing claiming to be from mauk's legal team. ive told them loads of times over the years there's no ttc or anything like that, and ive got no insurance claims outstanding. plus, i’m registered on the tps! i’ve also reported them to the ico and tps, but they don't stop. proper frustrating.

The call was so loud with background noise that I couldn’t tell who it was, ended up hanging up.

"Just got another call claiming to be from the Legal Department of MAUK, droning on about some fictitious uninsured losses from an accident that clearly never took place. It's beyond frustrating! These calls keep coming in every few days, even though I've told them I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service. What's more irritating is that they consistently ring from random numbers across the UK. You'd expect they'd take the hint after all this time, but it seems they’re too thick to get it! Not a chance I'm going to be taken in by their nonsense!"

Just got called by someone pretending to be from my bank on my mobile - total scam! Don’t trust random numbers like that.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Carphone Warehouse with a great offer on an iPhone 12. Sadly, I took the bait. The phone turned up at my place, but right after delivery, they rang me up saying it was the wrong model and to send it back. I forked out for postage to the address they gave and they assured me my real order was on its way. Never got anything after that and now I’m stuck dealing with a fraud issue. Proper dodgy scam!

This number’s dodgy, they say they’re from Carphone Warehouse but it’s just a trick to steal your bank info. Stay clear, it’s a scam.
