I’ve been getting calls from this number precisely at 2:23 in the afternoon, and it’s starting to drive me mad! I've already blocked it, yet the calls persist, ringing for just about 15 seconds before they hang up. They've got me baffled, as I don't recognise the number and it’s certainly not anyone I know or owe anything to. This feels like a right nuisance to me!
