When you try to call back, the number doesnt seem to work. A caller with an Indian accent was reported to shout and threaten when challenged about it being a fraud. Lots of folks find this behaviour really disturbing and feel these sorts of numbers should be shut down immediately.

Some bloke pretending to be from HMRC was threatening me with all sorts, like jail, taking my passport and driving licence away. When I tried ringing back that number, it wouldn’t even connect. Then some guy with an Indian accent shouted at me when I said it was a scam. Proper rude and totally not on. They really ought to shut these numbers down straight away.
