I also discovered they operate another site (www.trustedhomeloans.co.uk) with a registration address of '9 Old Hall Mews, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S8 7QX', yet they were contacting me from a Merseyside number. When I requested a refund for my initial payment, they bluntly stated that it wasn’t possible. They lack any proper complaints process, and once they realised I wasn’t going to send them any more money, they turned nasty, calling me daft and threatening me with my home address.
