11 yearsI went for a loan and soon got a ring from this lot calling themselves UK Same Day Loans. Just wanna warn others, they seem proper shady. Straight away they wanted my bank details, which I refused to give. Then, this woman phoned again pushing for those details. I got suspicious and asked about interest on a £5000 loan, and she said just £36, which sounded totally off. Then she just hung up on me! I rang back, and she claimed they don’t take bank info over the phone 'cause calls get recorded, but then wanted me to pay £169 upfront via Moneyshop. When they ring, you hear loads of background chatter like a call centre, but if you call them back it’s dead quiet. Plus, their website looks like it’s been thrown up in no time. In the end, I told them where to stick it. Anyone else getting calls from them should watch out, they’re out to scam folks. Phone number was 0151 528 9197.
