Got a call from 01515289171, it showed up as Liverpool on my screen. A really polite bloke with an Asian accent said he was from the Housing Team at London Borough Waltham Forest. He mentioned my old address, which I haven’t lived in for over a decade. When I told him that, he asked if there was any damp or mould at my current place, but I said no and didn’t give my new address. Seemed nice and civil enough, but I’m still suspicious that these mould and damp calls might be some type of scam. I’ll mark it as a warning and have blocked the number now.
