CAUTION!!! I received a call from a chap with an American twang claiming he was representing my computer provider and insisted on accessing my machine for some update. Regrettably, I allowed him entry! He attempted to hawk Windows 11 and mentioned that my system had two Trojan Horses lurking about. He went by the name Philip Costa. Luckily, I mainly utilise my computer for basic spreadsheet tasks (no financial transactions here) and didn't have the funds for any supposed upgrades.
