I had the misfortune of speaking to an exceedingly impolite woman who could barely be understood due to her thick accent, claiming she was associated with the complaints team. Unfortunately, she couldn't provide additional details since I'm not the account holder. If that's the case, why on earth would you bother to call me, you fool!

Received a call from this lot earlier today. My husband picked up and straight away told them he wasn’t interested, then hung up. To our surprise, they called back almost instantly, reprimanding him for cutting the conversation short! Quite impolite, if you ask me, and certainly not a clever strategy for making a sale!

I've been receiving incessant phone calls from a company purporting to be EDF Energy. Honestly, it's becoming intolerable-sometimes up to 20 calls in a single day! If I had a clue about where to lodge a formal complaint, I’d certainly do it. It honestly feels like harassment, and I’d be keen to see if there’s a chance to get this outfit shut down for good!

Received a call from someone purporting to represent an energy company-this Mr. Ali was quite unpleasant, hurling insults in Punjabi. Quite the experience, I must say!

Received a call from someone purporting to be from an energy provider, and the way they spoke was downright appalling, filled with foul language in Punjabi. This sort of behaviour is utterly unacceptable, and surely steps need to be taken, especially considering the number is linked with TPS. Luckily, I managed to record the whole thing.
